2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Terms:
    Full payment is expected upon completion of any auto detailing service. In the event that a client chooses to stop or interrupt the service mid-way, full payment for the scheduled service is still required.

  • Refunds:
    As stated in our Refund Policy, no refunds will be issued once the service is completed. Our technicians work meticulously, and by accepting the final result, you confirm your satisfaction with the work performed.

3. Cancellation and Appointment Changes

  • Cancellation Notice:
    We ask that clients provide timely notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or service interruptions may still be subject to the full payment obligation outlined above.

  • Service Interruption:
    If the detailing service is stopped before completion at the client’s request, full payment remains due.

  • Any damage, dents, or marks on vehicle either before or after service is started or completed. 

  • Situations beyond our control that may affect the detailing process or the final outcome.

By using our services, you agree to release us from any claims, losses, or damages not related to or controlled by Miller's Auto Aesthetics.
